Be the blessing you want to see in the world.
Blessing to me, means giving praise, giving love, giving time, giving a kind word, giving encouragement, giving a helping hand, giving protection and security.
Be a blessing in your life and the life of others. It is within our control how we react and respond to others. This week pay attention to how you react and respond.
Do you react with fear and anger?
Do you respond with love and compassion?
There is a difference between responding and reacting.
We do have the ability to control the way we deal with situations. When we react or respond we can be a blessing in some way to the other person.
There is perfection in the way we respond to situations and thus perfection in the blessing we bestow on others.
Make it your goal this week to be a blessing to others and bring blessings to the world.
A great book I am reading on creating miracles in the lives of others is “The Seventeen Second Miracle” by Jason F. Wright.
Whatever you do, where ever you go, you have the ability to be a blessing to others. They occur in 17-second intervals.
